A free application to record personalized labels directly onto the recorded disc.

DVDScribe is a simple, free and light application that lets the user record images onto LightScribe discs. The LightScribe technology makes it possible to record a laser label directly onto the disc. DVDScribe is based on LightScribe Public SDK. The program includes basic options to be able to edit the image before recording it.

You can convert the images to greyscale and adjust the contrast to improve the print quality. Also, it is possible to add text and background images without needing an image editor outside the program.

Later you just have to insert the disc and print. For the program to work you need both a CD/DVD recorder and virgin discs that support the LightScribe system.

Its interface is attractive and intuitive.
